Spotty Mule Factory Archives

Welcome graphic

This is the "official archives" for my
Spotty Mule Factory equine model artwork.
It features the past work I've done.

It's designed to be a catalogue of my work for the purpose of validation for the owners, so they can prove I'm the creating artist.

I began the model work in 1987-88.  I remake Breyers, and Stone models, but I also do my own sculptures, or "OSCs," which means "Original Sculptures."  I only produce resins on a very limited basis.

My name is Diane Elizabeth Capwell, but I also go by various nicknames like PaleoPaisley Woman, or Di-C Viragosaur!

I love paleoart, minerals & crystals, alien landscapes & space art, tie dye, fractal art, collecting toy dinos or dino books. I would LOVE to collect paleoart-- like dinosaur resins-- but for now must be happy with my toy dino-pets.  They're very *loveable.*

I also write for a hobby, and I've been writing for almost 30 years.  Mostly imaginative fiction, some of it romance, some of it fantasy bordering on SF.  I also have a writing website, called The Paisley Inkpot, and a blog called Five Common Cents that's "politically inspired!"

I am an AM Newstalk Radio listener, and I blog occasionally about things I hear on the shows.  It's fun playing a "commentator!"  I also occasionally write letters to Congress and to the president, to give them my "Five Common Cents!"  I'm sure they think my "Common Cents" is a bit overpriced, even when I give it freelly
 :->!

I have a Yahoo group discussion list pertaining to my interests, primarily my equine artwork, called PaleoPaisleyWomansStudio.  If you're interested in joining, you're welcome to look it up, at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PaleoPaisleyWomansStudio.

I don't sell my work privately, only at auction, so this website will offer glimpses of finished work that I've already sold.

Thank you so very much for "peeking" into my
Spotty Mule Room Archives!
